Chris Moore, a retired 30 yr veteran of Fire Service. Owner of Details Express LLC managing property and marine management. Their unique blend of experience, wisdom, and youthful energy fuels the organization's vision of having a YUPP Club in every SOIA resource center. Chris and Rylee Moore embody the values they promote, serving as inspirational figures for both the team and the community they aim to impact.
